Customer is responsible for all hardware failures/costs. a) Cooperix performs off-site backups b) Cooperix performs weekly systems security updates c) 2 hours/month available for other system configuration issues. Customer is responsible for all other options. Operating system choices are: 1) Debian sarge 2) released Fedora Core (FC5 as of 2006-09-01) 3) NetBSD 3.0 Setup fee is $400, $700 for Xen installations. Cost is: $750/month (including co-location charge) Additional time at $150/hour. Minimum contract is for 4 months. Lead time for server install is 2 weeks. Plan 2) Cooperix supplies server according to agreed-upon specification. Cooperix assembles/tests and installs operating system. Cooperix charges for system cost (and all taxes) + 20%. Customer owns system and is responsible for future hardware issues. Otherwise, identical to plan 1. Minimum contract is for 6 months. Deposit required. Plan 3) Cooperix supplies server according to agreed-upon specification. Cooperix retains system ownership, and is responsible for future costs. Setup fee is $1000 (nominal, depends upon system requirements) Monthly cost is $850. 1 year minimum contract. Plan 4) Cooperix supplies Xen guest systems on cooperix owned systems. 512Mb ram guest is $120/month. 256Mb ram guest is $90/month. Minimum 6 month contract.
